Our Return Policy

If you wish to return your online purchase, Keep our packing slip and contact us at msg@att.net for instructions on how to send the merchandise back to us using traceable mail. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us.

Our Gift Basket Contents Policy:

Although we always strive to meet ongoing demand and stay in stock all of our inventory items, sometimes it becomes necessary substitute an item in a gift basket. We reserve the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value.  Each basket is unique and may have slight variations from photographs shown although quality we always be equal to or greater than product displayed.
