Revenge has been foremost in the mind of Jake Donahue (Loren Avedon) ever since his older brother was murdered in Thailand shortly after winning a kickboxing championship. The killer was Khan (Billy Blanks) a ruthless martial arts champion now making illegal "snuff" movies in Thailand; and when a kickboxer is needed for his latest evil production, Jake applies for the part.
