If you are not completely satisfied with your Olsen, contact us within 10 days of your purchase for a full and unconditional refund.

The quartz watch movement is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of sale. This does not cover battery, abnormal wear and tear, and damages resulting from abuse, malicious treatment, and repairs by unauthorized third party. Repairs under this guarantee may only be performed by Previa Denmark ApS, or by representatives appointed by them.
