Shipping Policy:

When temperatures reach over 70° F, the temperatures in trucks and  storage facilities used in the shipping process can become high enough to soften or melt chocolate. So these shipments require ice packs and overnight shipping.
We guarantee the chocolate will be in good shape when it arrives. We use cold packs and coolers to ship our products during warm weather. We pack the chocolate very tightly to insure no rubbing damage will occur and the cold packs are sized to insure Next Day or Second Day Air shipment on UPS across the US. We charge you what we have to pay and no more for cold packs and cooler currently approx. $5.00 which is included in our prices.
